Fire inside a private home in Floral Park

FDNY are reporting fire in the basement at 79-38 257 Street near Union Turnpike in Floral Park.

Its a 1.5 story cape home.

Reported it was electrical fire in the basement.

Firefighters are working on the scene.

EMS is checking for injuries.

Two dogs were rescued and safe.
