Fire damages a home in Floral Park

FDNY reported a house fire on Union Turnpike in Floral Park. The incident occurred around 12:30am at the corner house on 265th Street across the local eateries. The fire started in the second floor and extended to the first floor. By 1:30am the fire was brought under control. EMS reported injuries.

Firefighters are working on the scene to determine the cause of fire.
