Finally Assembly majority leader responded

This is from the NYS Assembly majority leader, "Governor Cuomo has lost the confidence of the Democratic majority and he can no longer remain in office. I am looking forward to conclude the impeachment investigation (NOTE - Not impeachment but impeachment investigation whether required to go forth or not) as quickly as possible."

In reality, Carl is scared of Cuomo.
