Final bid stopped at a cool 1 million for Bayside home

The estate of Frank Pisana located at 38-02 223rd Street had minimum bid started at $345,000 and entrance fee of $34,500. Bidding war continued until one person stood tall at $1,000,000 while everyone else backed out. The public auction was held on June 13 at 11am in Queens court house which was open to the public. The winner's name was not disclosed.
