Ferry service from NJ to Manhattan

On Friday, the mayor of Carteret, New Jersey announced a new ferry service to Midtown Manhattan. The cost is $6 million dollars and expected to be completed in two years. The plan is underway with construction of almost 300 parking spots in Carteret.
