Female victim in critical condition after struck by vehicle in Flushing

Police reported a female pedestrian was struck by vehicle at the intersection of Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing.

It happened around 7:45am when the 59 year old victim was crossing when she was struck by a Lincoln Town Car with T&LC plates.

The driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with the police. The victim remains in critical condition at Booth Memorial Hospital.
