Felony assaults racking up at one intersection in Glen Oaks

The NYPD reported one vicinity of northeast Queens reported the highest felony assaults and it's in Glen Oaks.

This is on Union Turnpike from 249 Street to 260th Street.

October 13 reported the latest incident by 255th Street around 12pm.

Hillside Avenue and 259th Street reported the most incidents in Floral Park.

Jericho Turnpike and 256 Street reported multiple assaults also in Floral Park.

According to local residents, some of the incidents are involving property thefts and assaults during confrontations mostly in Glen Oaks.

Residents are advised to stay alert.
