Feds reported the NYC terror attack is part of a large network activity

On Wednesday, November 1st, Dept of Homeland Security and FBI reported the terror attack in NYC on October 31st is part of a large network. Now FBI says another person is wanted for questioning in the New York City bike lane truck attack. Also, earlier today, police arrested Matthew Passaro, 46 at the Port Authority around 11:30am and reported he has ties to ISIS. Passaro is also a suspect wanted for a homicide in Brooklyn Heights on September 20. Passaro goes by the name Abu Bhakar. Update - Kadirov has been arrested.
