Fatality on the VWE northbound

Van Wyck Expressway northbound at the Jewel Avenue Exit reporting multiple vehicle accident with one dead. Heavy EMS, ESU and FDNY activity on the scene. The expressway is closed for investigation. This is in Kew Garden Hills.
