All lanes closed on the Meadowbrook State Parkway northbound reporting multiple vehicle accident with injuries and one dead. This is by the Hempstead Turnpike Exit.

Heavy rescue on the scene in Nassau County.

The medical examiner is working to transport the body pending autopsy.

EMS is working to transport all injured to local hospitals.
