Fatal accident on MSP in Garden City

Police have closed Meadowbrook State Parkway northbound at Roosevelt Field Mall Exit reporting fatal vehicular accident. Heavy police and EMS on the scene.

This is between Old Country Road and Merchants Concourse. Now both directions are closed pending investigation.Reported a pedestrian was struck and killed on the parkway when police were investigating two vehicles accident where one car went on top of the other.

During this crash, two police vehicles were involved in the crash. The pedestrian was walking for help after the vehicle was disabled.
