Farmingdale man arrested for criminal mischief damaging a homeowners property

The Second Squad reports the arrest of a Farmingville man for an incident that occurred on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 12:14 am in Hicksville.

According to detectives, officers responded to a Raymond Street residence for Criminal Mischief.  Upon police arrival, officers were informed by a male victim, 33, that Defendant Daniel Pereira, 39, of 11 Sycamore Avenue was responsible for shattering a window and damaging two screens at the home.  He was placed under arrest without further incident.

Defendant Daniel Pereira is charged with Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree. He was arraigned on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
