FBI arrest City Councilman Dan Halloran for bribery

The once golden Republican from Whitestone with a bright political future coming from a generation of politicians is now under investigation for bribery plot. Mr Halloran tried to rig the 2013 mayoral election to give Malcolm Smith a spot on the GOP ballot.
