Extracurricular activities needed for migrants

Today, the NYC Mayor during a press meet outlined more work permits needed for migrants to reduce the shelter housing.

However, the Mayor didn't give any statements on the migrants allegedly charged with rapes in just 2 weeks.

So far, a migrant from Senegal, male, 39, from Nicaragua, male, 24 and his accomplice from Mexico, male, 37 for the Coney Island incident and another one from Guinea, male, 29.

The main suspect in the Coney Island incident was arrested for the same crime in 2023 and was released.

The Mayor did say migrants are violent because they lack “extracurricular activities”.

This came after a group of migrants assaulted cops were arrested again causing uproar with local residents.

Meanwhile, hotel rates went up to $388 from $301.

This was confirmed by NYC Social Services Commissioner during a hearing with the City Council on Monday. Soon, it will reach $400 coming from taxpayers.

As for tent camps outside Randall's Island, that issue will be addressed soon.

The Mayor along with the Governor will be heading to Chicago for the DNC Convention starting Monday to listen to the VP who is running for POTUS especially on the border issues.
