Escaped suspect from Kew Gardens Criminal Court is in custody

This is from the NYPD - The suspect is a prisoner and he was not in handcuffs when presented to the judge for hearing on a gun charge. When the judge revoked his bail remanding jail, he escaped. Now the Queens DA, correction officers, court officers are all looking into this how the suspect escaped.
