Energetic Felling Process whatever that means from the Governor of NY

Cuomo confirmed the old Kosciuszko Bridge will be removed on Sunday, October 1st but outlined "how" using big words with no actual clue called energetic felling process. Now accepting invitations to see it live along with Cuomo and other officials by offering through lottery. Its open to the public. The deadline is Saturday, September 30th at 4pm.
