Elderly woman was approached by unidentified man

On Dec 16, 2024, at approximately 5:10 PM, in the vicinity of West 190 St and Cabrini Blvd in Manhattan, a 72-year-old woman was approached by an unidentified individual who forcefully removed her bag. The victim chased the individual who then dropped the bag and fled on foot.
