Carvel Ice Cream located on Hillside Avenue and 265 had customers complaining of getting their vehicles struck in their private lot. However the clerk working at the counter said workers were not available to clear snow in the lot so customers were advised if their vehicles do get stuck, Carvel is not responsible. \
