EMS reporting one person in critical condition at Bayside

Clearview Expressway northbound at Northern Blvd, serious vehicle accident with one in critical condition. All lanes closed. NYPD Highway CSI is investigating reporting the person is in grave condition. Update - Sources reported the male victim was running away from a group of gang, possibly MS-13 when he was hit by a tractor trailer heading north. The driver of tractor trailer remained on the scene and cooperating with police. The walkway to cross the highway was in the same spot the person died but didn't use. Police are waiting for the medical examiner's report to pursue as homicide investigation or not.
