EDP on the loose in Glen Oaks

Police are reporting an EDP is on the loose in Glen Oaks Village Co-op. Last seen at 73rd Avenue inside parking lot where EMS is now searching in the dumpsters. NYS Mental Health described the person as male, black, no heigh/weight but wearing kakhi pant and white t-shirt Another EMS arrived at 75th Avenue and 263rd Street searching.
