EDP barricaded in Glen Oaks after neighbors reported of harassment

Police are at 74th Avenue and 255th Street reporting EDP barricaded himself inside the apartment at Glen Oaks Village Co-op. Neighbors called police after the EDP was harassing around. Notified EMS to standby. The law is management of Glen Oaks Village Co-op or any other coop and condo are not allowed to open the door or enter any apartment without executed warrant from court for any matters even just to check inside. For the EDP issue, the neighbor usually, the party made the complaint must testify with affidavit for a warrant for anyone including police to gain entry. The other only option is police officer can testify after witnessing any incident. The EDP now remains inside the apartment.
