Drunk and sleeping on someone s porch

This is a drunk man sleeping on the porch side step on the corner home at 252 Street and 80th Avenue. Two bystanders called 911 while he was napping well. Just where did he drank is a mystery but the law for bars not to serve more than few drinks is ignored here.
