Driver rammed toward a commercial building in College Point

Police, FDNY and NYPD are at 14-42 College Point Blvd in front of grocery store reporting a driver lost control and slammed toward the building. EMS is checking on the driver. Update - Driver of Honda struck a person driving a scooter at the intersection. The person driving the scooter was thrown off and was taken to hospital with injuries. The driver of Honda and two people inside the store were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The structure of the building is damaged. Ongoing investigation.
