Driver arrested for hit and run in Flushing

Police arrested Geum Min, 58 of Flushing and charged with hit and run. The incident happened on Wednesday, January 10 around 7am on Parsons Blvd and 32nd Avenue in Flushing. The victim, Jum Sim Yim, 77 died at the hospital.
