Driver arrested after one dead in Jamaica

Police reported around 11pm on May 24, a woman who was a passenger in a livery cab died after the vehicle was hit by another. She has been identified as Gabriella Nuel, 19. The vehicle that hit the livery, a Mercedes took off after the incident and police tracked down shortly where the driver was taken into custody. It happened at the intersection of Guy R Brewer Blvd and Archer Avenue. Ongoing investigation.
