Drive by shooting incident on Astoria

The NYPD reported a male shot in Astoria. This was a drive by shooting in the vicinity of 43rd Street and 23rd Avenue.

Police described the suspect as male, black, last seen in a black Dodge Durango eastbound.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
