Maspeth - 48th Avenue and 59th Street, police are reporting a female shot. EMS IS on the scene attending to the victim. Ongoing investigation. Update - police are reporting it was a domestic violence and the woman was shot in the chest. The man is a former correction officer now in custody. Reported on March 12 at 8:17pm.
