Domestic in Schuyler Falls leads to arrest

On October 25, 2024, State Police members arrested Brandon K. Snell, age 33, of Plattsburgh, NY, for criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and assault 3rd.

On September 25, 2024, at approximately 12:16 p.m., Troopers responded to Goddeau Road in the town of Schuyler Falls, for a report of a domestic dispute. An investigation determined Snell and the victim were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when Snell grabbed the victim by the neck, picked the victim up, and slammed the victim into a sink, causing it to break. The victim sustained a minor injury, and Snell left. The Trooper actively searched for Snell.

Snell was located, arrested, and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing.  He was arraigned in the Town of Schuyler Falls Court and later released on his own recognizance.
