Do not get close to tow trucks no matter what

Around 1pm this afternoon, police were called to the intersection of 76th Avenue and 263rd Street in Glen Oaks reporting a vehicle accident involving a tow truck. According to local residents, a driver allegedly ran the light and slammed into the back of a flat bed tow truck but avoided a close call from injuries but not confirmed by the police pending details due to ongoing investigation.

EMS treated all involved on the scene.
