Delays on the CIP due to a jumper in Bellerose

Police report a jumper on the bridge by the Superior Road in Bellerose reporting of threatening to jump to oncoming vehicles on the Cross Island Parkway. ESU is working on the scene. This is by the fire station and Jamaica Avenue. Update - This is an EDP and from several residents, its on OD wandering in the area. Now with state mental health transporting to a local hospital for observation.
