Delays on Queensboro Bridge due to jumper

Police recovered one person, a male, 18 year old from the East River by Queensboro Bridge. Heavy delays in both directions due to NYPD Personnel on the scene. Reported the man jumped from the Queens side to the water. EMS transported the male to a local hospital. He is expected to survive.
