Decision was based on science for NYC sports

The NYC Mayor stands firm that his decision for sports to resume with unvaxxed players was based on science. However, further detailed report shows the mayor was lobbied but denied anyway.

One of them is Corey Johnson, the former City Council speaker now a lobbyist who was paid $18,000 per month targeting to the Mayor's Office. As for the Mets, the owner paid Strong Leadership NYC PAC over $5 million dollars for Adams since the campaign.

There were 25 donors to Adam's PAC Fund from the various sports teams.

This was recorded in the NYC Campaign Finance Board.

As for those municipal workers who were fired for not vaxxed, well they are history. They will not be re-hired and already replaced with new staff. Maybe they didn't donate to his campaigns. Well, tough luck!
