Dead body found in Bayside

Police are on the Cross Island Parkway side of Northern Blvd reporting a jumper down. The incident was reported 6:30am by a walker. The male victim jumped from the MTA bridge and died instantly on the scene. This is by the bike path and the LIRR.

The city’s medical examiner transported the body for pending autopsy.
