Dead Westbury woman identified from fatal crash in Plainview

The incident happened on November 12 around 4:15am when a driver lost control of 2004 Acura and slammed toward a house in Planview. The woman, identified as 19 year old Shakira Garcia was dead reported by police on Tuesday, November 21. She was not the driver but a passenger. Three other people were also injured. The cause of accident is still under investigation.
