DOJ sent letters to New York New Jersey Pennsylvania and Michigan

The Department of Justice requesting data from governors of states that issued COVID-19 orders that may have resulted in deaths of elderly nursing home residents. Cuomo has been under scrutiny after more than 500 people who lost their loved ones in nursing homes with lawsuits and further investigation. The main focus is the directive order of nursing homes to admit COVID positive patients that may have infected others. Cuomo issued his statement.
