DOE says 48 while mayor says 75

Today, the NYC DOE released a report 48% of NYC public school students opted for fully remote. That's 479,696 students. NYC mayor who did not issue press brief today stood to his claim of 75% will be in-person learning.

This is not including charter schools.

During today's press brief, Cuomo has not responded on NYC public schools except the state could ?certainly act? on takeover of local school districts depending on COVID data.
