DMV to open tomorrow

Governor Cuomo announced state run DMV will be open tomorrow with limited services. The outline will be stated at tomorrow's press briefing by Cuomo. For county run DMV in incorporated villages in Long Island, Cuomo couraged to open but its up to each county and their elected officials. For NYC, its up to the mayor.
