DD coming to Queens Village

The former location of Capital One that went kaput while back on Hillside Avenue near Winchester Blvd will have Dunkin Donuts. A date of grand opening has not been announced but expected to open this year. A ten year lease has been signed.

However, the 11,150 square foot is on the market for sale and it's only $3.25 million bucks. That's $797 per square foot.

It is listed with Lee and Associates at 212-499-7700.

Almost 20,000 vehicles pass by Hillside Avenue on that spot.
