Cuomo is in good standing

The impeachment investigation against Cuomo is over. Good boy Andrew will keep his pension, over $50K per year and the $5 million book fee. The NYS Assembly will not pursue any investigation matters against Cuomo. As for the fed, the nursing home investigation continues but lacks merit so far. What's next for Cuomo will be a wait and watch. The good news is he can run again and the NYC mayor is not pleased. From a legal analyst, In NYS, you cannot impeach and remove an elected official who is no longer in office.
