Cuomo announced emergency executive action to ban the sale of flavored e cigs

The NYS Governor Cuomo stated as of today, a new legislation will be prepared to enforce flavored e-cigarettes. The legislation includes eliminate deceptive marketing to the youth. At the same time, NYS police and Dept of Health will be issuing a seize order to retailers who sell to youths effective immediately. The bill will be introduced to both Assembly and Senate tomorrow.
