Corner street to be renamed for Jack Friedman in Glen Oaks

April 15 at 11am, the corner of Union Turnpike and 254 Street will be renamed as Jack Friedman Way. Friedman was the president of Queens Chamber of Commerce and a long time activist in the community. The sign will be posted on the southwest corner. Open to the public.
