Construction to start for apartments in Garden City

The construction will start for soon to be a four story rental apartments in Garden City. This is at 555 Stewart Avenue. The 150 units will have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Also with concierge services, hotel-like conveniences, resident activities, and a collection of modern amenities, including pools, dog parks and a private parking garage. The construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2022.
