Construction accident resulted one death near Queens Civil Court

Police are reporting a construction accident resulting one death on 89th Avenue near 150th Street near the Queens courthouses. A worker was struck by forklift and died at the scene. EMS and FDNY are also at the scene. Ongoing investigation. This is the former location of Immaculate Hospital. The dead man has been identified as Edgar Pazmino, 34 of Bronx. NYC DOB is investigating since its a construction site that has stop work order posted.
