Thomas Kontogiannis, once a multimillionaire local from Queens lost the crown jewel, Cross Island Plaza which is on the corner of Merrick Blvd and Cross Island Parkway to Ivy Equities via short sale for the sum of $24 million brokered by Cushman and Wakefield.
