Congrats to NYC for a record breaking homeless population

On Monday, the mayor's office reported of NYC homeless population at 76,501. The number increased from 73,523 for the year 2016. According to US Dept of Housing and Urban Development, NYC has the highest number of homeless people in the nation. The number is expected to go up for the year 2018 by another 5 to 6%.
