Coming soon to LIE between Powerhouse Road and New Hyde Park Road

North Hills Village Board approved to RXR Realty to build a 244 unit condo complex on the south service road of LIE near New Hyde Park Road exit. The $300 million dollar project will start in mid 2014. The name of this project is The Residence at North Hills and already Ritz Carlton acquired few units immediately after the approval and Hilton is reviewing the location as well. Environmentalists are not pleased with this project as loss of trees will be extreme high.
