City of Yes is moving forward all over NYC

Coming soon to NYC, more housing and more housings.

So far the Bronx is yes while Brooklyn and Manhattan are thinking. Staten Island and Queens are hesitant due to zoning where suburban like areas prefer to keep it that way.

As of now, the next step for the Mayor’s ambitious project, City of Yes, is the next step is all community boards and then each borough president. Queens Borough President is in favor of the City of Yes due to his personal ambition.

The proposal to build 108,850 new homes, again, new homes of 108,850, again, read, 108,850 buildings in the next 15 years all over NYC.

After all the dramas and actions, the City Council will take a vote next year which is expected to pass to please their donors, real estate developers.

As for zoning, the Governor is all set to change it if there is no majority opposition like Long Island in NYC especially Queens where people don’t stand up for their rights. This is due to one party rule.
