Child in Bayside and pregnant woman in Corona victims of hit and run

The NYPD reported this morning a child, 10 years old, was struck by a vehicle in Bayside. This is on Douglaston Parkway near Horace Harding Expressway when cops reported a hit and run. EMS transported the child to a local hospital with serious injuries.

In the afternoon, another hit and run was reported in Corona where a pregnant woman was hit by a vehicle. This is on 108th Street also near the Horace Harding Expressway. EMS transported the woman to a local hospital now in stable condition.

So far no arrests to both incidents.
