Chase on Van Wyck Expresswy

Police are on the chase of a Lincoln black town car with one driver, male, black wanted for reckless driving near Jamaica Hospital now took off on Van Wyck Expressway northbound. The vehicle has PA license plate. More NYPD vehicles are in pursuit. It started around 9am.
