Chain snatching suspects on the hunt

The NYPD reported as of September 15, there have been multiple chain snatching incidents in Queens by suspects on mopeds. The latest incident was in Bayside in the vicinity of the local high school this afternoon.

The first incident was on September 15 in the vicinity of Cypress Avenue and Himrod Street in Ridgewood. On September 17, a victim during an armed robbery resisted multiple suspects and was stabbed in Corona. This is in the vicinity of 57th Avenue and 98th Street. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition.

All are advised to stay alert.
